Exam Study Snacks!

Hey everyone! As most of you are probably on summer - I hope you're enjoying your break. However, my school still has a couple more weeks and our exams are coming up quickly so I decided to share with you some healthy snack ideas that are great for studying in general. If you're already on summer, then these snacks are also a quick, healthy snack that you can have anytime of the day. In addition, all of these snacks take under 10 minutes to make to save you time in your studying.

Peanut-butter, banana, chocolate toast
The first snack is one of the most well-rounded and probably the most beneficial for studying. It contains peanut butter to give you protein, banana for potassium, and dark chocolate for an energy boost and a healthy brain to keep you going. Overall, it's the perfect snack for studying because it keeps you full and provides you with enough nutrients to give you an energy boost for revising.

In this snack, you need to make some wheat toast, spread on peanut butter and sliced banana and then top with dark chocolate chips.

Popcorn
Next, is a pretty basic snack but I think popcorn is such a great substitution for chips! You can add extra toppings such as parmesan or salt on top but stay away from adding any extra butter because it will turn this light snack into more of a movie treat.

Berry fruit bowl
Finally, I have a berry fruit bowl - you can also add some yogurt on top to make it a more filling snack. Berries are proven to be great for memorizing and improving your learning capacity. They also contain tons of antioxidants and are ranked as a 'super food'. All you need for this snack is any berries of your choice and some optional yogurt or granola, however I think just sticking to a huge bowl of fruit is your best option.

I hope you enjoyed these exam study snacks and either use them for studying or just for a refreshing summer snack. Thanks for viewing, and remember all my social media is in the sidebar along with tons of other gadgets you can use such as following my blog. See you next week, xxx
